The activity has 10 questions. All questions are working as intended EXCEPT for the last question before the results slide. This is not a SCORM activity. The quiz questions work fine (all including #10) in preview mode but when uploaded (to cloud) on the Articulate review site, #10 radial buttons cannot be selected and the submit button "disappears". I have recreated this slide twice and still have the same outcome - #10 quiz question buttons cannot be selected. Any idea what might cause this - I submitted a case to Tech support (including the file) but I am hoping maybe someone her might suggest some ideas of where to look for answers as my timeline is growing short.
