re-activation

I recently was given a new computer from our IT department. The device has storyline on it but now I'm back in the trial period when I open it. Furthermore the trial has now expired and I'm being asked to activate with my serial numbers. I do indeed have these from the original purchase email but when I enter the serial number it says it's incorrect.
Is there some limit or requirement when activation the program for a second time on another (re-placement) device?

Hi Bill! Sorry to hear that you are having a hard time. You should be covered for 2 computers, have you used these up? You can see some troubleshooting tips here for that invalid message. I believe I may have due to one of mine crashing and then another scheduled upgrade where I’m not sure if the IT tech uninstalled it or not. Is there a way to issue me a new set of numbers and disable the old ones?
