I went through the steps to update Storyline 1 due to the Flash upgrade. Now I am getting the message to either enter my original serial number and activation code or continue with a 30 day trial. I tried my original activation information, but it won't accept it. Please help!
If you click on the "activate with serial number" it should automatically add the number in for you. If this is not working you may want to reach out to our sales team.
Thank you for your response. However, I have tried activating with my serial number (which does prefill) and then the next step, manually activating with the original activation code. It does not want to accept either piece of information. I have attached screenshots. How do I reach out to the sales team?
