receiving a error message

When I try to save my articulate file.

I get a meesage saying

The process cannot access the file "\\.psf\Home\Desktop\pauahi9.story'  because it is being used by another process...

What does this mean, I only have articulate running on parallel  so there is no other process.

The odd thing is that it happens once in awhile.

Any help will be appreciated.

Hi Ben, 

I'd start by taking a look at the Parallels best practices to see if that helps prevent the error message from recurring. It might also be something you can resolve by following the steps listed here. If you do receive the error message again after those troubleshooting steps, it would be really helpful if you could provide us with the exact steps you're taking to get the message. Thanks!
