I'm working on a training that is confidential. Anyone outside of our internal organization can't see the material contained in it. At all. So I'm in the process of removing all information from the training in order to submit it in case I need to.
Is there a guide on how to do this? I'm worried important internal information will stick around in metadata or in other obscure places.

yes, it is clear that efficient translation workflow is not the central focus of storyline, but if you have chosen storyline, you will have to live with it
there is a great danger that if you make manual changes after translation export, the document will not be able to be imported after translation - unfortunately, there are no meaningful error messages when importing translations and searching for such problems can be very tedious.
=> delete all superfluous text/meta-date direct in the storyline file, then they will not be exported either
thanks for the swift reply. That is quite a pitty but I will of course forward it our translation supplier. Anyway, where can I find the meta-data in the storyline-file?

the Project Information ?
the IDs like df28758a-5127-4f4c-8b98-4873e56c1410 ?
perhaps xliff 2.0 could be an option ?
