Recommendations for hosted LMS solutions / services

Hi All
I am rather new to this industry and have been tasked with the responsibility of setting up and maintaining an LMS.
In order to decide what is the best approach for us, I am simultaneously working on configuring our own Moodle installation (which seems to be a bit time consuming and clunky) and researching hosted LMS solutions - which I am finding to be a bit overwhelming as there seems to be so many options.
As we are using Storyline to create the course I thought to ask here if any people would like to share any hosted LMS recommendations? Of course price is always a consideration. Some things we are looking for are / would be nice:
Multi-language support
Custom URL
E-commerce integration
Some customization
Marketing Integration

Good luck. Bersin by Deloitte says that there are currently over 200 LMS companies. His HR Technology Disruptions for 2017 report is mostly about HR, but has a section on LMS that may interest you. If nothing else, he names a lot of companies, including some smaller, lesser-know ones.
My thought is that the e-commerce portion is the part you can least afford to bargle up; you may want to find someone with experience in the field.
Amazon's aws service offers a variety of levels of service. I don't know all the details, but I host my portfolio on their free service without problems, and I suspect they may be able to handle any issues of scale and e-commerce.
