Record screens have no sound when uploaded to server

I completed and uploaded my first Storyline. Everything works and looks great on our website, except that the slides that include a Record Screen first had no sound, and then after re-publishing and uploading now have no sound or visual, just the slide frame.

Any suggestions?

That's the location. Any of the slides that say "tutorial" should have a record screen that plays.
