Help! Using great audio equipment and my wave file appears. I have added triggers for the recording, but I can't hear the playback on any of my slides. I'm at a complete loss! See image below. It's recording my VO.
I'd like to ask a few questions to help clarify your experience:
Do you hear your audio when your press play on the slide's timeline?
How about when you right-click on the audio file and click on preview audio?
If your audio plays fine during preview, would you be willing to share a copy of your project file here or in private by opening a support case so we can take a closer look at what's happening? We'll delete it when we're done testing!
