I'm very new to Articulate Storyline and am trying to publish my first video. I've chosen the 960x540 screen size as recommended but when I preview or publish, the recording only fills a portion of my screen. Does anyone know how to make sure the screen fills the whole screen?
Also, is it possible to publish just one screen? I've tried deleting previous scenes but when previewing I need to select a slide rather than it starting automatically?
Are you changing the file size in Storyline? If so, when you go to record your screen, is the size of the recording the same? You can change this (there will be a dropdown menu of sizes when the screen recorder appears) Makes sure they match up and the recording should fill the screen.
As far as publishing, you can only publish the entire file. You can preview one slide at a time, but for publish it is the whole course.

Thanks for the reply all, I've ensured the file size in Storyline is the same as the screen recording size and also ensured the player settings are set to fill the browser screen. I've added a screenshot of the problem I'm facing. I feel like I've tried every option but it still doesn't look as I'd hoped.
Thanks for sending over the screenshot - I can certainly see the issue you're describing. Would you mind sharing your file so we can take a closer look? You can use the Add Attachment button at the bottom of the reply window, or if you'd like to send it privately, you can do so by way of this form.
