The issue is that at times due to insertion of multiple audio tracks or due
to syncing of textual or graphical objects the End line gets pushed. This
means there is lot of empty space between the audio track and the end line.
To reduce this, I have to drag the end line towards the end of the audio
track. Because of this, the syncing gets disturbed.
I have tried to reduce the zoom magnification of the timeline in order to
get a complete picture of the timeline ( placement of the objects+ audio on
the timeline). Still the syncing goes off and there are issues in the final
deliverable.
PFA a sample screenshot of a storyfile. Red box denotes end of the audio
track and line within the blue box is the end line.
Thanks for that clarification. Would you mind attaching the image again? I don't see it here. You can use the Add Attachment button at the bottom of the reply window.
I'm sorry you aren't able to upload the file. I have opened a support case on your behalf (00998691), and you will receive an email from one of our Support Engineers shortly. They'll request your file a different way, so hopefully you'll be able to upload it there. If not, you can also use Dropbox to store your file, and send us a download link.
Unfortunately I'm not able to reproduce the behavior on my end, so would it be possible for you to record a screencast of what you're seeing? Also, you'll want to be sure that you are working from your local hard drive instead of a network drive. If you're working locally and still seeing this behavior in all Storyline files, I would suggest conducting a repair of Storyline to try and fix the issue.

For proper synchronization you have to work together on both animation and sound. use Cue points on timeline for syncing.
Hi Kartik,
I do use cue points while syncing, however while reducing space at the end
of the timeline track, this problem occurs.

I think you are reducing empty space by selecting the layers together, try selecting the end point of the layer so that its start point stay same.
No, I don't do that way. I drag the end line to the left, towards the end
of audio track.
Hi Chetana!
Would you be able to record a screencast of the behavior you're seeing? That will help me to try and reproduce exactly what you're seeing on my end.

Hi Alyssa,
Can you give me your email id so that you are able to get the file?

Hi Chetana,
Certainly! You can send the file to me directly using this link.
Hi Alyssa,
I am unable to upload the file. I face this problem every time. This is a
generic problem. SO if you can help me, it would be really great.

Alyssa, as I said earlier it is common problem, not related to a particular
issue or file.
