I have set a data entry text box, a variable and a reference asking learner to type in their name. It works great! But...does anyone know how I can REQUIRE a name to be typed in before learner can continue?
You could add a condition to the next button to only work if YourVariable s not equal to, and leave blank.
yoou could also a dd a layer to show when the next button is pressed on condition that the variable is equal to again leave blank. On this layer you could say please input your text
Thanks, Phil and Geert! I got it to work!! It was one of those things where I needed to be able to do it immediately, so didn't have time to try to figure it out.
