I recorded my screen with sound on and found a lot of background noise when previewing the slide. is there any way to remove the sound or mute the volume before publishing the project without re-recording my screen? I conduct several steps in the recording and do not want to re-record it if there is an easier way to remove the noise.
Storyline offers the ability to edit audio tracks - volume/silence so that might be an option. Setting the visibility of the audio track to hidden is next easiest. If file size is a consideration you might consider deleting the audio track from the timeline. Best file space savings come from removing the audio track entirely from the source then re-importing. This last step requires more complex tools like Adobe Premiere or Camtasia.
