Remove the 'Resume - No option'

Id like to remove the option to start the course form the beginning. Id just like them to have the resume 'Yes function'.
And also edit the wording on this window.
Iv attached a screen shot to illustrate my question.

Hi John!
You can change the wording in that window by going to Home > Player > Text Labels (Box 58), but unfortunately, I don't believe there's a way to remove the No option. The only way to force a resume, would be to change the resume behavior to Always.
