I have seen a number of topics about removing hyperlink hover color. It seems like it's done through either changing the theme color (hyperlink and control 1) or adding hyperlink to a textbox.
I recently came across this file and I couldn't figure out how the hover color was removed. Would anyone be able to shed some lights on how it's done?

Based on this page, it seems like this feature came about in Nov 2020. This is a wonderful feature that I have been looking for!! Thank you!
