I have done several courses before on Storyline, but I have never seen the TOC menu bar as shown below, I have tried to remove it using the player options, but it is still there.
Thanks for reaching out! The TOC menu seems to be part of your hosting platform based on the screenshot you've provided. Storyline doesn't have that kind of Menu, and you may also notice that the TOC menu is outside of Storyline's player frame.
May I confirm if you are publishing to LMS?
If so, the best way to identify an LMS issue is to compare how your course behaves in an industry-standard testing engine. SCORM Cloud is the testing engine we use. It supports AICC, SCORM, Tin Can API (xAPI), and cmi5 content. You can create a free account here.
If your course works at SCORM Cloud but not in your LMS, please open a support case with your LMS provider. They’ll know how best to help with LMS-specific problems.
