Replace slide visual content but keep recorded audio

Hello,

I discovered a visual problem in a Storyline 3 presentation that includes audio.  This defect happened when converting a powerpoint to Storyline.  Unfortunately, we did not discover it until we attached audio, triggers, etc.  

I attempted to copy and paste the visual items but the wording comes out blurry.

How can I replace the visual pieces without having to redo the entire slide?  Is this possible?
