You may need to check the “When revisiting” property for that particular slide.
The behavior of the Rewind button is determined by the “When revisiting” property for each slide. There are three options to choose from for this option - Automatically decide, Resume saved state, and Reset to initial state. The first two may be the cause of it not rewinding properly.
Automatically decide will stop replay if the slide contains any interactive elements, such as buttons or any other object that includes a visited/selected state.
Resume saved state will always prevent the slide from rewinding.
Hope that helps you solve your problem with replaying the first slide!

Thanks. Reset to Initial State corrected the replay button.
