We just completed an orientation eLearning course in Storyline. Throughout the course, the user can answer different questions in 'open text'.
We would like to be able to send their answers to the hiring manager so they can be used in a follow up conversation. Do you know how or if this is possible?
We are looking into investing in Articulate Online but are hoping this feature is something we can do.
All the responses to a text entry are stored in a variable, and although Storyline doesn't report the value of a variable to an LMS you could use something such as this method.
Thanks for the quick response. I've tried adding the short answer survey question and I think this could work. Can you add more than one survey question to a slide? Ideally, I would like two short answer survey questions on one slide.
By default Storyline is set up for one question per slide, although there are a few community methods to include multiple text entry questions on one slide. Here is just one example in this thread.
