I'm new to Moodle and would like an overview of the reporting analytics when using Storyline. If I have 2,000 employees who all need to complete 5 modules of training, is the reporting for each module (how many people completed) or per person (did I complete only 4 of 5 modules)? Any insight? Thanks! :)
is each "Module" a completely separate SCORM package? - are they within the same Moodle "course" or is each one in a different Moodle course.
Moodle's core site-wide reporting ability is limited but there are features such as course completion settings and various 3rd party plugins that provide good site-wide reporting options.
I'd suggest you try to be more specific and ask in the moodle.org community forums for help.

It depends a lot on how you structure this.
