I am brand new to Storyline and do not (at this time), have time to go through all the tutorials. I have files that were created by someone who is no longer affiliated with our company. There are settings (completed/incomplete must be changed to passed/incomplete) that are wrong within the files. Because of this issue, our clients cannot complete the courses. I need to import, change the settings and republish. Can someone point me in the right direction? Thanks so much.

You should be able to take the .story files and publish as explained here.
