Requiring learners to select all hotspots for an answer to be correct

Mar 30, 2023

I'm new to Storyline 360 and would like to know how, when creating a question, to require learners to select all hotspots on a graphic in order for a question to be considered answered correctly.  For example, I would like learners to select six different hotspots on a graphic, all of which would need to be selected in order for the answer to be considered correct.

Thank you for any suggestions.

You need a pick one, and some triggers. Each correct answer is covered by a filled object that has no outline, and is set to very high transparency. Triggers select the correct answer for the Pick One interaction. To keep the hand from showing over the correct spots, the whole image is covered with a filled, high transparency object under the correct answers. That gives your learners a hand anywhere on the image, (if it has a trigger attached to it.)
For easy identification, I have filled the correct spots in red, and a number indicating the correct order. Everything is reset if the slide is visited again.
