I have a slide with textboxes that trigger in order. The reset button is made so that it resets the slide completely (via slide properties). When I use the reset button, it only works when I've activated all the triggers. If I try to use it in the middle of the triggers, it breaks.
I couldn't spot anything wrong with your project and its triggers based on the video, so we'll need to take a look at your project file to see what's happening.
