Resizing issues with web objects in the latest version update

Sep 19, 2019

Before I have updated my storyline version,

A web object added in the slide (together with its elements) reduces its dimension with the browser dimension automatically, keeping all objects intact.

After recent upgrade,

the web object (together with its elements) do not adjust to the browser dimension so the html that is made not to be responsive gets broken.

Is there anything I need to configure from the player to fix it? Essentially I need the non-responsive web object keep its layout using the MODERN layout style.

Please help

Hi there, Andlen.

So sorry you've come across this, and smart move to open a case! After careful testing, I see my teammate, Vevette, linked this behavior to a potential bug we're investigating with Web Objects increasing.

This discussion, as well as your case, are linked to this bug's report so we can update you on all fronts. Thanks for bearing with us!

In the update, you'll find that Web Objects are no longer misaligned and sized incorrectly in the published output!
