I am having a problem getting the resources tab to display in the player when a program is viewed from an ipad. It is there when viewed on web. Does anyone know why this is happening?

I suspect you're viewing it in the mobile player? As you'll see in this comparison chart, the resource tab is not supported in the mobile player.
