I've added the resource file to my Presenter file and it looks fine when I view it in preview or even after I publish it and view it on a web page. But when I load it up to Moodle and perform the activity, the resource and the glossary tabs to not open up and display properly. Any suggestions? The image attached is of it working right. It doesn't open up like this after I load it to Moodle.
Thanks for sharing those details, and great call to open a support case! It looks like my teammate, Angelo, tested your file successfully in SCORM Cloud and suggested you contact your LMS provider to see if they can find the cause of the issue.
Let him know once you've heard back to see if they were able to find a solution!
