Resource lightbox not working correctly when published HTML5

This is what my resource lightbox looks like when published HTML5 - what's going on? AND the PDF links are getting switched (i.e. click Combine Checklist and HHP Tractor Checklist appears). What's going on?

This is in IE 10
I fixed the problem.
