Resources pop-up tab/ window not working in IE

So my output file works perfectly in Chrome, but when I test in the IE browser the pop-up windows displays as a scroll window, that is way too small to navigate or see anything. Is there a way I can fix this?
Do I need to dig into the output code and adjust some JavaScript somewhere?

Also - I just recently updated my version of Storyline 2 then noticed this started happening on the output for web.

I have had a few problems after the update - particularly revolving around the player we are using. The color "tab" we had showing up behind the "menu" and "transcript" text in the navigation pane is no longer visible, and the pop-up tab for the resources area works on Chrome, but not IE. Also, after the update I had to re-input the logo as well as the PDF files for the resources as they were not showing up or giving and error message when clicked.

Everything was outputting fine before the update  :(
