Resources Tab Not Working

Dear all,

Need your help with the following issue that the team is facing during the testing of an e-course on LMS:

 Error 404 appearing while accessing the Resources tab

The course is published in SCORM 2004, edition 2. The resources tab has two pdfs. The course has been created in English language; same for the PDFs. The name of the PDFs and the course name are also in English.
