I have added resources (PDFs) to a course - I've checked they are in the published content and they are - but when clicking on them in the LMS I get a hyperlink opening and the dreaded 'Resource Not Found' message.
I have added the files as files from my local machine.
have you tried uploading your course to Scormcloud to see if it works there...or have you checked your popup settings in the browser. If it works in Scormcloud, it may be an LMS setting that is stopping them.

Thanks so much for your speedy reply!
I have tested it in SCORM Cloud and it does seem that our LIMS is causing the problem as it works fine in SCORM Cloud.
