I've recently encountered a problem in a course I've built that is causing me an issue.
On the very last slide I have a button to restart the course, upon doing so everything resets, as it should, but the issue here is that my Multiple Choice slides seem to be disabled for some reason. Everything else in these slides work perfectly, except the continue button since the learner needs to make a choice that is now disabled.
I am assuming that you are not using a "Results Slide". If you have a results slide, then typically, the Restart Course will reset all of your questions back to initial state.
Without a Result Slide, you will need to adjust the Slide properties of your question slides to Reset to initial state when revisiting
One minor issue, I initially had it set to 'Resume Saved State' so that when the learner answered the question ahead of time they wouldn't need to answer it another time.
And now with 'Reset to Initial State', its works as intended upon Restarting the Course, but the learner has to re-answer the question if they view it ahead of time.
In that case you may want to consider using TF variables for each question to track when a slide has been visited and change the states of the previous. Next and submit buttons, based on whether or not they have previously visited the slide
Also. You could just use a jump to slide 1.1 instead of restart course... this would turn on the previous and next buttons when they revisit the quiz slides .. and you would not need variables. Just leave slide properties as "automatically decide" when revisiting

Agree with Ron!
Oh! forgot to say if you have not reset the results this can happen as well
Thank you for the help!

So I've messed with the settings and what seems to work is having 'Automatically Decide' paired with Restart Course button.
I was thinking it could've been a preview vs publish bug but seems to have worked out.
Big thanks to both of you for the help!!
