i have created a layer(for all the question banks) which has restart button when the user click on the restart button it should restart the particular question bank but while revisiting the question bank the drag options are not working .I have set the trigger to reset to initial state on revisiting but still i can't able to drag the answer options.

It looks like my colleague Angelo was able to reproduce the issue in your case and confirmed that it's a bug limited to the HTML5 output.
We'll continue to keep an eye on it to see how many customers are impacted and what impact it has on courses. The number of customers and depth of impact are two of the elements that help us prioritize bugs and fixes.
