Restarting a course issues on Android devices

Hi everyone,
We are building courses in Articulate Storyline 3 which are published for TinCan as HTML5 with Flash backup. For the most part, the courses play excellently on all devices but recently we have experienced a problem on Android mobile devices. When a learner exits a course in the middle of the course and then comes back into the course the content does not display correctly. Sometimes we have just the voice-over narration playing and none of the onscreen content is visible. We have also experienced instances where the content is visible but the voice-over does not play. Has anyone else experienced anything similar?

Thanks for reaching out about this. So this only happens on Android devices? What kind of Android devices and mobile browsers are you testing on?

Thanks for the prompt response. We have discovered that one of our computers was corrupt. We formatted the drive, rebuilt the pc and it is now working fine. Problem resolved :)
Well that doesn't sound like fun, but glad you were able to find the culprit and get it resolved.
