Restarting course to allow multiple completions

Jan 18, 2019

Hello, newer to Articulate 360. I have a desired result I cannot seem to trigger with a simple course and Cornerstone On Demand LMS.

Overview: I have created a course that acts as an "attestation" where the course launches and a user clicks a button that:

1. Completes the course

2. Jumps to an acknowledgement slide

Desired result: Once the acknowledgement slide pops up, I would like it to exit (currently set with a timeline trigger) and prepare the course to be able to allow multiple completions by returning to the first slide (with the attestation button).

The LMS is set to allow multiple completions to the course and records multiple completion as desired.

The issue: We have set up a deeplink to the course from the Cornerstone LMS. The deeplink works as designed the first time a user clicks and completes the course. HOWEVER, when the same deeplink is used again to do a second completion/attestation, a RESUME/REPLAY screen pops up instead of going back to the first slide of the course. This is also the behavior when a user navigates within the LMS and re-launches the course from their completed transcripts.

I have tried setting the slide behavior to reset upon revisiting with no luck.

I am looking to see if I can bypass the RESUME/REPLAY screen, so the user just goes right back to slide one. Any help would be appreciated!!!
