I'm trying to deliver a course that was originally set up as restricted navigation and automatically advances. Now we want restricted but advance by user. When I ok the setting and publish, it plays restricted but won't advance by user, the next button is disabled!
I had tried it checked and unchecked. Finally I realized there was a
trigger that was conflicting with the user advance command and when I
removed that rigger it seemed to work.
So frustrating though until I was able to finally isolate where the problem
was.

Does your settings have an uncheck "Restrict Next / Previous buttons" on the player properties?
