Hoping someone can help with this again. I need to restrict either the green "Test" button from the main menu slide, or the "Start Test" button on the "Test" layer, after it's been visited.
I have tried the triggers, and I have also tried to create a true/false condition, I am obviously doing something wrong. Attached is the course with a mock up exam attached.
I don't think I'm following what you want to do. What do you mean restrict the Test button on the main menu - do you mean disable it after they have done the test?
i don't see a Start Test button on the Test layer.
Here is a screen shot so you can see where it's located.
I need to disable EITHER button to STOP them from getting back into the test after they have completed it once.
The settings are set to only allow to take the test once, the problem is that even though I have all slides locked, resume to saved state set, and "Next" and "Previous" buttons turned off, after they have taken the test they can get back into it and the quiz get's stuck. They aren't able to change answers at all, but the Next and Previous buttons show up and they don't take you anywhere.
I believe if you wait a bit the time line will eventually take you to the next slide, but I am not 100%.
Hey Michelle - I think I understand what you are asking. Take a look at the attached file. I utilized a True/False variable that adjusts on the test complete slide and added a condition on the button to access the test.
YES!!!! That is what I am trying to do HOWEVER I see it working on yours, and I realized I uploaded an older version of the course I was using..I tried to imitate what you had done but it still is going back...I have uploaded the one I am working on ......Thanks again!!!

The button is hidden at first.
