Has anyone come across this strange behaviour in Articulate 360 where the result slide settings doesn't hold. It works if you remain on the result slide but not when you click on another slide and return to it.

I took a look, but I'm not seeing a support case for you.
You should have gotten a confirmation with the case number, and if you did, please share it with me and I'll take another look.
