You'll want to check within the trigger panel, that they're set up to show based on what the user's score is:

 If you're still having difficulty, are you able to share your .story file here with us? If you'd prefer you can also share it privately?

Your triggers look to be correct - and it's hard to know without seeing the file. If you're unable to share your .story file here with us or with us privately here, I'd recommend these additional troubleshooting steps:

Import it into a new Storyline project to see if it resolves your trigger issue

Conduct a repair of Storyline

I am having the same problem. Is the problem my Flash player? How can I tell if it needs updating?

Hi Nadia and welcome to Heroes!

You can check what version of Flash player you're using by either going to the page to download Flash, or visiting their information page that will dynamically let you know what version you use.  Another site I like to check all of my technical details is supportdetails.com. 

If you check your Flash version and you're up to date with Flash 11 and you're still having difficulty, can you share your .story file with us here?

Thanks for your reply. I have checked my Flash, and I'm running V10. Therefore, I will ask my IT Dept to update it and see if that helps.

Thanks for the update Nadia, and please keep us posted. 

My IT Dept have now upgraded my Flash Player, and it is now working a treat! It has made Storyline work much better in general.

So these forums are a lifesaver!
