Results Slide not calculating properly

Aug 06, 2013

Good day

I have created a question bank with a results slide.  For the slide draw I have chosen to use 10 questions picked randomly from the question bank of about 30 questions.  I created a results slide that is calculated based on selected questions.....when I go through the quiz and get them all right it says I got 110%......I am no mathmatician but 110% is not possible........  I am using the Update 4 of the beta 3 version as I was having problems publishing with the working version.

Anyone else out there havet his same problem and how it can be rectified?

P.S. I did not change anything on the results slide.

You should report this as a bug by pressing the report bug button on the player.  You should really discuss beta bugs in the beta forum

Thanks Phil.....where the heck is the beta forum?  The only reason I am using the beta version is because the working version would not publish my projects nor allow me to preview them so support reccommended I use the beta version.  This being said, I did report a bug and now I would like to discuss in a forum but do not know where to find it.  I did not receive a welcome e-mail therefore I do not have a link to it.

I have a very tight deadline to get this module out and I cannot launch it when learners can acheive 110% on the quiz.

Thanks

Hi Content Dev,

I don't see where Graham submitted a case and I didn't see it in the Beta forums - are you able to share the .story file here with us so that we can take a look?

Also, as a reminder, can you check the following:

  • Work on your local drive (your C: drive).Working on a network drive or a USB drive can cause erratic behavior, includingfile corruption, loss of audio, and other unexpected behavior.
  • You should also make sure the directory pathto your project files and your published output is less than 260 characters(for example C:\Articulate).
  • Avoid using special characters, accents orsymbols in your file names.
