I have published a course and uploaded to CSOD using SCORM 1.2 and 2004 and I'm not getting a completion status after completing the quiz (how it is being tracked). No one is.
I've been successful doing this before. Not sure what is wrong. The only thing I can think of is that the results slide is 4.7, but the condition says something about Results2? See attachment.

You shared an image of the success layer triggers in your course. Does this mean you are not getting the correct layer displayed within your course or the completion is not happening within your LMS?
The Results2 may indicate you have another result slide in your course.
With your permission, I'd like to take a look at your project file to investigate what's happening. You can share it publicly here, or send it to me privately by uploading it here. I'll delete it when I'm done troubleshooting.
