Storyline Quiz Results File

I have created several quizzes using Storyline. The quizzes are uploaded to our LMS. The LMS reports completion status with a score. The quiz reports completion status and the participant is able to view their submitted responses.
I need to be able to determine on a whole how participants are doing...Not just the completion status and score but specifically what questions are being missed so we know where we need to spend more time (or less time). I need an overall results file or individual results files that could be compiled for review. Is that something Storyline can do? If not, what about Articulate 360? I am finding plenty of responses on participant results slide, but I need something for our training team.

In case you haven't come across this article yet, I first wanted to point you to the quiz data that is sent to an LMS in Articulate Storyline. Storyline reports the data, but it's up to your LMS how it's reported back to you or displayed within the LMS reporting/tracking set up. To see "how" it's being reported or to give your LMS more information you could enable LMS debug mode so that you can see the information going back and forth, or you could also take a look at testing your content in SCORM Cloud which is an industry standard for testing SCORM content.
