Results Slide not showing correct outcome

Hi,

I have developed a course which includes two lots of question banks:

The first question bank includes 21 questions, of which the user would see/answer only 10. the pass mark is 85%.

The second is just one question, one right answer, therefore the passmark is 100%.

I have a results slide which is set as shown in the attachment.

When I pass the first question bank with 100%, same with the second, I pass the module. This is correct and as intended.

If I fail either one or the other question bank, I fail the module. This is correct and as intended.

If I pass the first question bank, but not at 100%, and pass the second question bank. I fail. This is incorrect as I've set the results slide so user must pass each question bank, and in this case, both have been passed.

What have I missed?! Any help gratefully received.
