Results Slide Questions

I have two questions:
1- When enabling the Print Results option, is there a way to include the course name to be included on the page? I tried adding additional text boxes and editing the ones that are produced, but nothing comes up with the course name when I go to print. This is needed so when a user prints out 5 tests, they will know which is which.
2- How would one get around the custom navigation for a submit button when reviewing the quiz? Is this only achieved by adding an additional layer for just review purposes that replaces the submit button with previous/next buttons? Hoping there is an easier solution to this.
