Resume option should not come after completion in LMS.

Thanks for reaching out! I may not be fully understanding the issue, but it sounds like your learners have the option to resume the course even after the course is complete?

Access to the course after completion can be set within the LMS, so I recommend reaching out to them to set that option, but you may also consider a different reporting option to see what kind of results you get:
