My team came across an issue when upgrading files from older versions from Articulate to 360. The course files background player colors were set to a transparency to 100%.
After publishing the courses to our LMS, the Resume Prompt and course would not appear. Only after resetting the background and republishing to our LMS would they both appear.
We haven't seen an reports of this yet, so I'm glad you reached out! Would you mind sharing the original project file with us here so we can test this on our side? If there's a bug causing this, we'll want to identify it so we can begin looking into a fix!
