After doing some troubleshooting, I found out that the check mark is displayed at a set distance to the left of the answers. So if your text box is too far left, this is the result. This would have been nice to know before creating 120 questions using the same template. Changing the master and resetting slides fixes the issue, but I still have to review every question to see if the change has messed up the formatting.
That's one thing sorely missing from Storyline; more customization options for items that are added automatically, like these check marks, submit buttons, prev/next buttons etc. I know there are workarounds for most things, but they are cumbersome and usually breaks something else.
Thanks for chiming back into your discussion in regards to the Review layer. That's correct, the checkmark is displayed at a set distance, and there's not a way to adjust it, outside of adjusting the question text itself, as you did.
I appreciate you sharing the need for more customization options for prebuilt items in the Review slide, as well as player navigation buttons, and I will be happy to pass your thoughts on to our product team, but you can also feel free to detail them more through a feature request!
