I have a test at the end of my course and the learners are allowed to take it twice. Everything is working fine, however when I fail the test the second time, and I want to review the questions, it is only buffering and everything is frozen. Would anyone be able to help me with that? Thank you in advance.
Hi Gabriella! So sorry you ran into that issue! We've seen similar behavior when reviewing question slides in a question bank. Are your quiz questions in a bank?
If so, you can temporarily work around this problem by rolling back to Update 22. Here's how.
As soon as we get this resolved, we'll let you know, then you can resume using Update 23 again. Thanks for reaching out!
Thank you very much for your reply! Yes, it is in a question bank, so it is probably the issue you are describing. I will actually launch this course in a few months, so are you saying that if I do not touch it right now, eventually this issue will be resolved?
I do not have a timeline to share on when this issue may be addressed. I wanted to share some information on how we define bugs and how we tackle them when they occur.
I'm adding this conversation to the report so that we can track user impact and update you here when we can.
I see the issue still exists in update 24. Any news about the time frame when the issue will be fixed? It's unusable if you cannot randomize questions and review them afterwards.
Thanks, Margit for checking in. It looks like our team is testing some possible fixes for this currently, so as soon as we have that locked down and ready in an update we'll let you know.
Hey everybody. I'm excited to let you know that we just released update 25 for Storyline 360! It includes new features and fixes - check them all out here.
One of the fixes addresses an issue where a course could freeze or lock up when retrying a quiz from a question bank.
Here’s how you can update Storyline 360 to take advantage of everything the latest release has to offer. Let me know how you make out!
