Please when I tray to solve all questions wrong then in the result slide when I press the review button and it reviews the first question (question 1) a gray highlight appears in the last choice , so how can I fix this please? You can see the following attachment of the screenshot error and the storyline file. Thank you!
Strange, I didn't have the same issue. Here's your course with the change. It will be interesting to see if you still have the problem with the one I updated.

The easiest fix is to create another choice with the text and delete the old one.
