We are having some issues in Storyline with the Review Quiz button.
A student took the test and scored 90%. After clicking the 'Review Quiz' button and seeing what they answered incorrectly, their score changed to a 26% and that was the score that was sent to the LMS.
I watched as they did this and cannot seem to find that bug. Has anyone else encountered an error like this and have any suggestions? Thanks!
I assume the results slide is what you're tracking to your LMS? Typically, once a user reaches the completion point, the course is considered to be in "review" mode - did you update that by any chance? It may help to review this article on troubleshooting common LMS issues, and look into testing it at SCORM Cloud, which is an industry standard testing method for SCORM content.
Also, is it possible the quiz slides are being "reset to initial state" on a review, and therefore the user is adjusting their score by Storyline thinking they haven't answer them?
