When you make a quiz slide, you have the option to add feedback to show upon a user clicking the submit button. You can alter these layers to give the correct answer. The correct one defaults to say "That's right! You selected the correct response." but you can change this within the layer.

The feedback feature is very useful, but I am looking for a possibility to display the whole and correct answered question as a "solution slide" directly after the single question. This solution slide should look like the correct answer I would see later during the quiz review. I could not find a way to do that with a feedback layer.
Of course I could edit a new single slide, copy the answer into this slide and place this slide after the original question. But this would mean to double the number of slides.
Yes you could add a new slide in after each quiz, though should be able to do this by using the feedback master and layers as well.
You can set up the Feedback Master to have a custom background, and overlaying the default grey box. And add something about how this is the correct response, just like at the bottom of the quiz review, or however you want to customize it.
Then in each quiz slide, open the "correct" layer, and you can customize the text, and move the continue button if needed.
