Review slides Show the Correct/Incorrect Response issue

Hi,
I have created a quiz of 20 questions and when I click the Review Quiz button at the end, the first answer displays correctly:
However, when I navigate to the next question the following occurs:
As you can see the Correct/Incorrect feedback appears. Not only that but sometimes the feedback is skipped automatically.
I cannot for the life of me figure out what is wrong or where I should edit this.
The questions are not in a bank but are published sequentially.
Any help appreciated.

do you want the red/green banners to display as well as your custom feedback or are you trying to display your own custom feedback only? Might be helpful if you can share the .story file.
The red/green banner at the base of the screen is fine but I don't want the custom feednack to show. It doesn't show in the first image and I don't know what I have done different that it shows in the second one.
I can upload the file but I have a very slow connection speed at home.
Check the feedback master that the review layer is using - it may be using a different one to the first screenshot.
Have the layer open, then look at the Feedback master that the layer is using
Here is the file I am having the difficulties with.
All the slides are using the same Feedback Master. The feedback during the quiz is fine, it's when I am reviewing a completed quiz that the problem occurs.
OK, so I am having a conversation with myself :o).
I have found the problem and it is in the sequence of triggers. This is the erroneous sequence, the Hide layer is not triggered and therefore appears when you are reviewing the questions.
Simply switch the two round so that it hides the layer before going to the next slide. Doh!
